{Jes Senior Photos | Lakeland pt. 2}

I have officially fallen in love with 2 things: Photo shoots at sunrise and pictures in the orange grove. The first shoot I did at the orange grove was for Shauna and Roberto's trash the dress session. It just reminds me of an Alice and Wonderland scene! Ooh sounds like my next photo shoot! Hmm....

In the meantime, enjoy part 2 of Jes's senior shoot that we had to wake up super early for (trust me, it was sooo worth it)! We had a blast trying new lighting and locations, even if we had to keep a watch out for creepy people and barking dogs. Photography is always an adventure!

Cowgirl and her horse. What a fantastic combination! Well Christina is not exactly a real cowgirl, but that is her horse! She was chosen to play the owner of an old western saloon in her high schools Spring Fling play and needed some photos of her in her costume, so we went out to her ranch had some fun!

FYI, my new favorite animal is a horse. They are just so gorgeous!

{Grad Party | Lake Mirror}

I've decided that boys are the funniest during photo shoots. Especially when they start off really shy.

I took pictures of Luis and his friends for their graduation party they're all having together and these boys were so shy and quiet at first! I had all their moms behind me trying to get their sons to crack a smile. By the end of the shoot, they couldn't stop posing for the camera! Here are a few from their shoot...

(Btw, they were all dressed up because their prom was later that night. Some of the guys even ran into their dates at Lake Mirror!)

I believe one of the major highlights of senior year, in high school or college, is getting to take your senior photos. It's almost as though you can't officially finish senior year without taking them. Luckily, Jes thought the same thing.

And since we're both photographers, we took each others senior photos :)

So Jes and I decided we needed our senior photos taken. She's getting her Master degree in psychology in 2 weeks and I'm getting my Bachelor's in Secondary Social Science Education (fancy way of saying I want to be a Middle/High School History Teacher). {Stephanie Senior Photos | Lakeland, FL}

Is it really already October!? Where has this year gone? Well, we're right around the corner from graduation and we've started our senior sessions! Our first for this school year, Stephanie, came all the way from Rochester, NY to help Amanda set up her (adorable, superhero themed) classroom. The last Saturday of her trip, we decided to get her pictures done in the morning to beat the rain. But, eventually it caught up with us. No worries! We improvised :)
